Introducing DELRIN:

Excelta Delrin Jaw Pliers You may have noticed that some of our products are made with a material called Delrin. Do you know what Delrin is?

Delrin is a crystalline plastic ideal for many industrial wear and mechanical applications. Pieces with exposure to a wet environment are especially appropriate (with little effect on performance or dimensions) with some other common uses including: gears, bearings, bushings, rollers, fittings and electrical insulator parts.

Some benefits to using this unique material include the following:

· Chemical resistance to fuels and solvents

· High fatigue endurance

· It is ESD safe and static dissipative

· High strength and stiffness properties

· Separates itself from other engineering plastics due to its very low water absorption

We stock products such as vacuum tips, hand tools, bristle brushes and more that all have Delrin in them.

All-Spec Industries currently offers 23 items made with Delrin material, be sure to check them out!
