This is final post in our three part  “Types of Swab Tips” blog series.  Today we are going to talk about Microfiber and Polyvinyl Swabs.

Microfiber and Polyvinyl Swabs Microfiber Swabs

These tips are welded to the shaft using an ultrasonic method free of adhesives. This ensures a clean tip that is low in particulates, as well as soft and non-abrasive. Microfiber swabs also have superior wipe dry characteristics.

Polyvinyl Swabs

Polyvinyl tips are very precise, allowing for pinpoint accuracy for application. The tip is also porous, allowing for picking up liquids at small targeted locations.
