We’re excited to announce that on July 8, Hisco finalized its acquisition of the Sales and Distribution division of STI Electronics, Inc. STI is a provider of advanced engineering, analytic lab support, and training, service and distribution solutions throughout the electronics manufacturing industry. While the STI distribution facility in Madison, AL will now operate as a Hisco location, STI will continue to maintain their training, failure analysis, prototyping and PCB assembly services independently.
Bob Dill, President of Hisco Inc., says: “We are excited to acquire the STI Sales and Distribution division. Their proven track record of customer service and quality products fits perfectly with the Hisco value proposition. This acquisition enables us to further expand our signature fast, friendly service to customers in the Southeast.”
